This starter homepage is installed by the theme demo mode. It shows the working GOV.UK-inspired header, restored accordion mobile menu, black content links, and footer that stays below all content.
Header

Content links are black and the page grows naturally past 100vh.

The footer sits underneath the content instead of overlapping it.
Demo mode creates pages, a demo blog post, a primary menu, and homepage settings.
