Maintaining cleanliness in artist rest areas, toilets, showers, offices, and food service rooms.
Monitoring and emptying bins in performers’ areas (back of house/stage) and across all event floors, including the external perimeter of the building.
Assisting customers by directing them to the appropriate staff members and departments.
Promptly addressing and managing spillages to prevent accidents and maintain safety.
Conducting inspections of male restrooms for litter and ensuring proper disposal of cups, food, and other waste.
