After the packed summer, October felt like a deep breath — only a handful of events, but some real standouts.
Comedy, nostalgia, and a few quiet nights made this a perfect cooldown month.
October 11th–12th – John Bishop: 25 Years Tour (Comedy)
Two back-to-back nights with John Bishop, celebrating 25 years on the road.
His mix of stand-up stories and crowd banter filled the arena with laughter — the kind of laughter that doesn’t fade even when you’re sweeping the floor after midnight.
Each night had around 7,000–8,000 people, which meant a solid clean-up job, but with a great mood in the air.
October 29th – Marti Pellow (Music)
Closing out the month was Marti Pellow, the voice of Wet Wet Wet, performing to a crowd that sang every word.
It wasn’t a rowdy night — just smiles, nostalgia, and a few slow dances from the audience.
An easy one to end on before November’s big lineup kicked in.
Final Thoughts
October was slow, but in a good way.
It’s the kind of month that gives you time to breathe, reset, and get ready for the madness of the festive season.
